Things To Do in Miami in March

Who's ready for a full month of excitement?
You should be because that's exactly what you can expect from the onslaught of Miami events in March that are headed our way. This month, we welcome back the star-studded Miami open, a haven for tennis enthusiasts and celebrity spotters alike. March also marks the return of the Ultra Music Festival as the mega EDM celebration takes over Downtown Miami once more.

March 4-8
Miami Carnaval: Have you ever heard of a multi-week celebration full of block parties, comedy shows, live music, sporting events and delicious local food? Well, now you have. At Carnaval Miami, visitors can participate in events showcasing Miami’s Latin culture at its best. Dance, dine and shop Miami-style at Carnaval on the Mile in historic Coral Gables (March 4 and 5). The party continues in Little Havana at one of the largest Latin music festivals in the nation – Calle Ocho Music Festival on March 12.

 

March 5
March 5th is affectionately dubbed “305 Day” in Miami, an ode to our area code. Bring the whole family along to experience live music and local art at the family-friendly 305 Day Block Party at The Wynwood Marketplace in Wynwood.

 

March 11-21
The World Baseball Classic returns to Miami for ten days of riveting baseball action. loanDepot park will become the first venue in tournament history to host games in all three rounds of a World Baseball Classic in the same year.

March 11-12
If you’re a jazz and R&B fan, you won’t want to miss the 16th annual Jazz in the Gardens music festival, which celebrates music, art and Black culture and is jam-packed with an exciting star-studded lineup. Held at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, 

March 20
Tennis is back in Miami! The world’s top-ranked tennis pros will hold court at Hard Rock Stadium from March 20 - April 2, 2023 for the Miami Open presented by Itaú. The two-week tennis tournament in Miami Gardens draws a passionate crowd from around the world. 

March 24-26
The world’s premier electronic music celebration returns to Bayfront Park when Ultra Music Festival touches down March 24-26, 2023. What began more than 20 years ago as a “little concert on the beach” has grown into one of the largest musical celebrations on the planet, drawing electronic music’s biggest names to the shores of Biscayne Bay. 

March 30
Root for the Marlins at their Home Opener when they return to loanDepot Park to play host division rivals the New York Mets on Thursday, March 30.
