鉁匓uyers can receive up to 5% of the loan amount, with a maximum of $35,000, for down payment and closing cost assistance.

鉁匱he maximum loan amount in Miami-Dade and Broward counties is $654,350 for FHA loans and $806,500 for conventional loans.
