    As the year draws to a close, Miami transforms into a vibrant spectacle of holiday festivities and captivating experiences that will ignite your holiday spirit. From dazzling art exhibitions to enchanting light displays, Miami's December calendar is packed with unforgettable moments.

    December 8th

    Enjoy an enchanting evening as the Deering Estate comes alive with the sights, sounds and libations of the holiday season with a fanciful nod to Alice in Wonderland. Enjoy an evening of strolling the estate, enjoying lavish hors d’oeuvres, delicious martinis, exquisite sweets, and a variety of live music and entertainment. 

    December 8th - 10th

    Art Basel returns to its home at the Miami Beach Convention Center for the 2023 edition.

    December 14th

    Grammy Award-winning a capella quintet Pentatonix have performed everywhere from The White House and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to The Hollywood Bowl with a catalog boasting back-to-back No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200, including the platinum-certified A Pentatonix Christmas. I

    December 15th - 24th

    George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker ® at the Adrienne Arsht Center December 16-26,  the most “magnificent, dazzling” way to celebrate the festive season with your loved ones (Broadway World).

    December 16th 

    The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade will stage on the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale, along the docks west of Stranahan House to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.

    Countdown to Christmas with a cocktail in hand at Miracle in Miami. The international holiday-themed pop-up bar makes a new home at Better Days in Brickell this yuletide season for a month of festive drinks and naughty fun. 

    Until December 30th

    When it comes to holiday lights, the zoo goes wild. One million bright, animal-shaped lights illuminate the premise during Zoo Lights Miami, which takes place every weekend between November 24th and December 30th. Families can stroll around while sipping hot chocolate and listening to carollers and if you're lucky, you might just get a glimpse of Santa – or The Grinch.

    December 31th

    Ring in 2024 with live music and fireworks over Biscayne Bay at Bayfront Park’s New Year’s Eve party. In addition to the biggest fireworks show in Miami, this year’s bash includes a a VIP area with open bar from 8PM to midnight, champagne toast at midnight, premium VIP viewing of main stage and priority access. Event lineup to be announced.
